New Oakland Ministries

The Evangelical Free Church is preparing for new ministries to sprout from our Oakland campus this fall.

With a desire to reach more of the lost and hurting of the city of Oakland with the healing Love of God, the membership of the Oakland Evangelical Free Church has decided to give all of its resources to EFC Western District Church Planting Ministries. The transition will happen later this year.

Church Planting Updates

We look forward to seeing several diverse ministries grow at the Oakland facilities. We firmly believe that the saving work of Jesus is available to all and that the city of Oakland can be transformed by God's Spirit changing the lives of those that live here.

Upcoming Activities

August 14 & 15 - Celebration of 96 years of continuous ministry in Oakland
                  We invite any and all who have been touched by EFCO ministries to join us for this celebration.

Saturday, August 14 - Celebration and Dinner beginning at 5:00 pm in the main sanctuary and gymnasium.
Sunday, August 15 - Special service at 10:00 am, followed by brunch.
